Aligning ball bearing is with double row structure bearings

When the shaft and housing are flexed, they can be automatically adjusted without increasing the bearing burden. Aligning ball bearings can bear radial loads and axial loads in two directions. Large radial load capacity, suitable for heavy loads, impact loads. The inner diameter of the inner ring is a cone hole bearing, which can be installed directly. Or use a tight sleeve, disassembly cylinder installed on the cylindrical shaft.
It is characterized by the spherical raceway of the outer ring, with automatic aligning, which can compensate for the error of the different concentricity and shaft deflection of the aligning ball bearing, but the relative inclination of the inner and outer rings shall not exceed 3 degrees.
It can withstand large radial loads, but also can withstand certain axial loads. The outer raceway of this kind of bearing is spherical, so it has aligning performance. When the shaft is bent or tilted by force, the relative inclination between the inner ring center line and the outer ring center line does not exceed 1° ~ 2.5°, the bearing can still work.
Aligning ball bearing has two kinds of structure, cylindrical hole and conical hole,The taper of the inner hole is 1:12 or 1:30.
